WHO’S BEHIND THIS
We’re Sarah and Michele. Real-life partners. Business nerds. Strategic overthinkers with a thing for spreadsheets and scented candles.
Michele grew up in Manfredonia — all chaotic street games with his friends, wild neighborhood stories, and figuring out how to make life feel like more than just a loop. He applied to the military twice and didn’t get in both times — almost like destiny knew he was meant for something else. He did the finance degree, the summers as a lifeguard, and the obligatory “try a job you hate” stint in hospitality. None of it stuck.
What did stick? Real estate. The idea of taking something ordinary and making it unmissable.
Then he met Sarah. And everything clicked.
That big life? It became a plan.
Sarah grew up fast — dropped out at 16, started working, and never looked back. She learned business from real life: managing 10 properties on her own, doing side gigs to survive, and watching adults around her settle for less while she quietly planned for more.
For her, building this agency wasn’t just about money. It was about power. Freedom. Self-respect.
